Gaurav Bindra is an intern at the Centre for Policy Research.
Aman Srivastava is a Fellow with the Initiative on Climate, Energy, and the Environment at the Centre for Policy Research. Aman’s research interests are in the areas of climate and energy policy, specifically the interlinkages between emissions and development pathways, socioeconomic impacts of climate actions, climate finance, and energy consumption behaviours. He is also serving as visiting faculty at the School of Public Policy, Indian Institute of Technology: Delhi.
Annanya is a Senior Research Associate at the Initiative for Climate, Energy and Environment at the Centre for Policy Research. Her current work is focused on air pollution policy. Her broader research interests include environment policy and behavioural economics.
Prannv Dhawan is a Research Associate at the Initiative on Climate, Energy and Environment. His areas of interest include environmental law, constitutional law, law and society and minority rights.
Catherine Ayallore is a Research Associate at CPR’s Initiative on Climate, Energy and Environment (ICEE). Catherine’s research interests are in the areas of energy and climate policy, specifically the legal and regulatory aspects of low carbon energy transition, promotion of renewable energy at the national and sub-national levels, as well as development of effective strategies for implementation of climate policies.
Abinaya currently works as a Senior Research Associate at the Initiative on Climate, Energy and Environment at the Centre for Policy Research. She focuses on enabling policy-makers to make better policies by centering science and public engagement in air quality governance.
Navroz K. Dubash is a Professor at the Centre for Policy Research, where he conducts research and writes on climate change, energy, air pollution, water policy, and the politics of regulation in the developing world. He has been actively engaged in the climate debate as a scholar, policy adviser and activist for 25 years.
Shibani Ghosh is an environmental lawyer and a fellow at CPR. She specialises in environmental and access to information laws. At CPR, she researches issues relating to domestic environmental law and regulation.
Ashwini K. Swain is a fellow at Centre for Policy Research. His research interests include political economy of electricity, interface between energy service needs and climate mitigation goals, and water-energy-food nexus, especially in the Indian context.
Santosh Harish is a fellow at the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi. Santosh’s research interests lie in the areas of energy and environment policy, specifically distribution of electricity, and regulation of air pollution.
Bhargav Krishna is a Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research. His research interests span areas of health policy, environmental policy, and environmental epidemiology, with a focus on the impact of air quality and climate change on health.
Anna Agarwal is a fellow at CPR’s Initiative on Climate, Energy and Environment. Her research is on understanding India’s energy demand transitions, and identifying ways to lock-in low-carbon energy consumption patterns for the long-term.
Parth Bhatia is an associate fellow at CPR’s Initiative on Climate Energy and Environment (ICEE). He is currently working on the political economy of India’s low carbon electricity transition at the sub-national level, and the design of institutions in the effective development and implementation of climate policies.
Aditya Valiathan-Pillai is an associate fellow at the Centre for Policy Research. His work focusses on how states arrange their climate change institutions and the politics of regional electricity trade in South Asia.
Sarada Prasanna Das is a Senior Researcher at CPR. His research interests include sociology and politics of electricity governance, environmental governance and water-energy-food nexus in the context of India.
Abhinav is a Senior Research Associate at CPR’s Initiative on Climate Energy and Environment (ICEE). He is working on the political economy of the electricity sector and its transition at the national and sub-national levels.
Mandakini Chandra is a Research Associate at the CPR Initiative on Climate, Energy and Environment. She researches the sources, impacts, and policy challenges of India's climate and air pollution crises. She also manages the climate team's social media and web presence.
Sharon Mathew is a Research Associate at CPR. She is studying the functioning of the regulatory and judicial institutions pertaining to the environment, in general, and air quality in particular.
Arunesh Karkun is a Senior Research Associate at CPR. He is working in the area of air quality. His research interests also include clean transportation and climate change.
Anirudh Sridhar is currently consulting at the Centre for Policy Research, where he is analysing the theoretical and technical foundations of climate legislation in India.
Lavanya Rajamani is a Visiting Professor at CPR. She researches legal issues relating to the environment (in particular climate change), international law, and human rights.
Radhika Khosla is a Visiting Fellow at CPR. She works on examining the productive tensions between urban transitions, energy services consumption and climate change, with a focus on developing country cities.
